Client needs

From the outset, Managing Director David Jenkins decided to outsource all non-core activities so that every member of the team, and every inch of the valuable Central London office space, was fully engaged in what they do best without being sidetracked by admin.

Our brief was wide-ranging but simply stated.....   a "Virtual Accounts Office" delivering a totally outsourced finance and payroll operation for a rapidly expanding business together with a full accountancy service.

As with most of our clients, we use Xero accounting software to enable collaboration and information exchange.

Outcome

Accounting Services for Business provides a complete range of accountancy services.  Our end to end "Virtual Accounts Office" delivers full support to the entire Vertical Advantage team.

We manage the day to day bookkeeping and accounts, have direct control over bank payments, and produce weekly and monthly management reports providing clear insights for planning. 

Our team of Chartered Accountants deal with business and personal taxation matters and the year-end accounts. 

Our payroll department provides the final icing on the cake.....   after all..... everyone wants to be paid on time!
